Ambazhakkad Forane is one of the deaneries (foranes) within the Diocese of Irinjalakuda, centred around St. Thomas Forane Church, Ambazhakadu. It includes several parishes and ecclesiastical institutions, and is served by a Forane Vicar and Forane Director who coordinate pastoral, catechetical and community activities among the member parishes.
