Parappukkara Forane is a deanery of the Diocese of Irinjalakuda, centred around St. John Nepumcian Forane Church, Parappukkara. It includes several parishes such as Vellarampadam (Little Flower Church), Thottipal (St. Mary’s Church) and Pongothra (St. Mary’s Church) that work together in pastoral care, catechetical formation and community ministry under the leadership of a Forane Vicar and Forane Director to foster faith life and collaboration among the faithful.
